We offer live lobster in various grades throughout the year that represent the very best in fine seafood.

Because our quality control standards are high, we select only the best lobster from the local catch, as well as lobster landed on other nearby shores. Our goal is always to deliver quality lobster for our customers satisfaction. 

Below is a list of the sizes lobster is commonly graded by throughout the year.

Chix - up to 1.24 lb
Quarters - 1.25 to 1.49 lb
Halves - 1.50 to 1.74 lb
Three-quarters - 1.75 to 1.99 lb
2 - 3’s - 2.00 - 2.99 lb
3 - 4’s - 3.00 to 3.99 lb
4 - 6’s - 4.00 to 5.99 lb
6+ - 6.00 lb and up
Culls - Lobster with claw(s) missing and/or undersized claw(s)
Run - Mixture of all sizes, proportioned by catch
